Club Rental Information

The Exchange Club of the Isle of Palms is a non-profit service club servicing the local community. It is affiliated with the National Exchange Club of Cincinnati, Ohio and its primary focus is to aid programs for the prevention of child abuse with additional support for local youth activities.

The Exchange Club building is used for club activities and also is made available to other organizations for their use on a space available basis. When not otherwise committed the building is made available to rent for other social functions. Rates vary by day of the week and hours of use. Weekends being more costly than weekdays. Generally rentals on Fridays and Saturdays are for 24 hour period.

The building capacity is limited to 100 persons. Use of folding tables and stack chairs are included in the rent as is the use of the bar. There is an icemaker available There is parking lot alongside the building and a 15' x 60' patio overlooking Hamlin Creek at the rear. A limited kitchen is available.
