Club Rental

IMG_2590The Isle of Palms Exchange Club is a non-profit service club servicing the Island Community and its surrounding areas. It’s primary focus is to aid programs for the prevention of child abuse with additional support for local youth activities.

The Club is available for Event Rentals with direct views of Hamilin Creek and the Intracoastal Waterway. Some of the best sunsets in Charleston can be seen and photographed from the back patio. 

The building capacity is limited to 100 persons. Use of folding tables and stack chairs are included in the rent as is the use of the bar. There is parking lot alongside the building and a 15′ x 60′ patio overlooking Hamlin Creek at the rear. A limited kitchen is available.

Community, charity, or philanthropic organization rent is fixed at $200 full day, $150 half day, or $40 hour with $200 security deposit.  Fridays and Saturdays will be available at this rate no more than one month in advance of the desired date.


IOP Exchange Club Membership rental rate is available to members of good standing (all dues paid) that have been active IOP Exchange Club members for a minimum of 6 months.  The rent is $200 plus a $200 security deposit.  Member must sign Member Use form to be responsible for building.  Members desiring to use the building for a function by another organization of which they are a member may do so for the member rate. The member is the host and is responsible for all actions of the group.  Member must be present at set up, during the function, and for cleanup.


* Full day includes time allowed for cleanup.


** Hourly rates do not include time for cleanup – allow up to 2 additional hours for cleanup at no charge.
